6:19 AM Hi. today was the first ever flag day i ever went, and probably the last one i will ever go. See, i had a very bad impression of FLAG DAYs from todays experience. So i woke up at 7, and was all excited when i went, cause i always imagined it was very fun. How wrong i was.

So yea, it was so tiring. But i managed it worh. Finished my due 5 PAGES of stickers, which is like... and i even helped huang xiao with hers worh. Not bad horh.

So i was like, stand there, first few minutes just walking aimlessly around, not asking people and all, then wasn't productive at all, so switched place with HY to stand right outside the MRT so i wont miss them! Anw, so first few minutes, just smiling, then some people very good, initiative, come up to me. I rmb there was one women who came up to me and donated, then told me, "Don't just smile. Ask." then she recited to me a Bible phrase, " ..., new testament, ask and you will be given, ... and ... open." ("..." means i forgot what it was). Anw, i found out 1 thing. In the early morning, very few people, the people are more willing to donate, then afternoon leh, a lot of people, then don't even LOOK at you, like just SWERVE to avoid you. And its like, i ask and they either roll eyes at me, act like i didn't even spoke, nod, or just smile and walk off. Like, what did you nod for if you are not gonna donate siah. Give people wrong impression siah. And got some even worse (they fall under the "act like you didn't even speak" category) they are like, i talk to them, and they take out their wallets, but continue walking away. Like WTH. But got some old folks very funny. They ask me whats the cause, and i pointed to them "the neighbourhood wellness center for elderlys" or something like that, and then they ask "I also old folk why didn't i receive anything?". Oh and some were like, helpful but also quite irritating. They were like, i ask them donate, then they donate, but they refused to accept the sticker. Which reminds me. I was complaining to huiyi about them, and one of them walk up to me, donated, and told me "I want the sticker." Like, i think he heard my comment and thought it was funny/wanted to prove me wrong or sth. This sums about the flag day (i dun like to type lots, unlike michelle, which her freakishly long post), and i returned home darn tired...
